I worked with Patrick on filling a sales role recently. I found Patrick to be extremely professional. He has a good insight into our business and briefed his candidates accordingly. Patrick screened the candidates appropriately and as well as investing in the company’s needs, it was quite obvious that he invested heavily in his candidates which was evident from his presence at interview stage to coach and mentor his candidates and get feedback for them as soon as possible.
