I currently have an opportunity for a Medical Sales Specialist.
Working with Surgical Equipment & Consumables found in an Operating Room environment I am keen to speak with high achieving Sales Rep’s who have a background in Business Development.
While you do not need to come from Medical / Hospital Sales this will be seen as advantageous; you will need to be a natural Business Development Specialist (B2B Sales).
Your ability to develop your own Sales Pipeline and negotiate new accounts will be tested as part of the Interview Process – APPLY TODAY

Job Title: Hospital Sales Account Manager (Operating Room Division)
Territory: Cork / Ireland South Territory (Support across 32 Counties)
Package:
- Full Time / Perm
- (Basic) Dependent on Experience & Open to Negotiation

Role:
The Hospital Sales Specialist will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating a range of Medical Equipment & Consumables to a large customer base of hospitals across Territory.
Duties:
- Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
- Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis
- Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries
- Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility
- Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential
- Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
- Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility
- Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
Products: Will include a range of Equipment & Consumables used in a surgical hospital environment.
Experience:
- 2 – 7 Years B2B Field Sales Experience (Ideally Equipment Sales)
- Candidates who have exposure selling into healthcare actively sought
- Demonstrated background in Cold Calling, New Business Sales, Negotiating New Accounts
- Full Clean Driving License
