My client which is a diversified Medical Device Distributor has a new position within its Neuromodulation Portfolio for a Clinical Support & Sales Specialist.

 

The products portfolio consists of Spinal Cord Stimulation, Radiofrequency Ablation, and Deep Brain Stimulation Devices used in Neurosurgery.

 

You will need to be coming from Surgical based background, such as a Theatre / Surgical Nurse to apply for this role.

Job Title: Clinical Sales & Support Specialist

Territory: Mainly Dublin Hospitals with some support in Cork

Package:

• €55k (Basic) Dependent on Experience & Open to Negotiation
• Commission (20%)
• Profit Share (2-3 Weeks Salary)

Role:

 

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for clinical support of the Pain Management portfolio. You will work closely with the current Pain Management Team, Customers and Patients to provide Clinical, Technical Support and Education in pain management/neuromodulation.

 

Duties:

• Promote company products through education of current & potential customers by providing excellent clinical education and support
• Build relationships with all business partners, be confident dealing with complex product offerings and ideally have prior experience working in operating theatres, in either support or nursing capacity
• You will engage with the customers to ensure they understand their needs and collaborate with the Companies Operations Team to ensure the needs of all stakeholders are met
• Focus on Customer Obsession together with detailed product expertise ensuring unrivalled customer care and excellent on-going product support
• Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility

• Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings

 

Experience:

 

• 2 – 5 Years Hospital based Nursing Experience (Theatre Nurse)
• Full Clean Driving License
• Specific experience within Neurosurgery essential
