At Independent Search Solutions, we have been reluctant to get involved in the BREXIT debate.
With pollical views and business being in two very separate camps, we at ISS Ltd believe in the principle that no one should be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation or Political Views.
We reluctantly get involved in this debate.
A Hard BREXIT will not only affect all our clients who trade across borders and employee candidates from across Ireland & the UK, but will also affect business and investment structures which straddle these borders.
One of my clients, a major Blue-Chip firm is a PLC registered in London, which owns a subsidiary in Dublin which subsequently hires staff in NI. They sell their products and healthcare solutions across the Island to both the HSE & NHS.
This free movement of Capital, Goods & Services and People has not only ensured prosperity on the Island of Ireland, I would go as far to say it has ensured Pease as well.
At Independent Search Solutions Ltd we appreciate that not everyone will back our stance and we ask you to understand that we do not aim to isolate or repudiate any of the candidates or clients we do business with.
We simply feel it is time for business in Ireland to stand up and make their views heard in this once in a generation debate.
