Which came first the chicken or the egg?
In your standard recruitment process I normally find out what my client wants to hire; what skills, experience, qualifications etc they require for a specific role, and then I go and try and find this person. So far so good?
Well, what if the client was willing to create the role around what the candidate wanted?
Sounds too good to be true, well there is some catches.
I have been given a unique opportunity by one of my clients who are a leading International Medical Device Manufacture. After recently meeting with the Head of HR he has asked that I identify specific talent in the area of Medical Device R&D and if they are open to moving, my client are open to having a conversation about creating specific roles that fit their needs.
Let’s put some guide rails in here, no they are not offering private jets, 100% WFH, or the chance to be the CEO.
But if you are looking for a company that allows you to work on New Development Projects, more Engineering, less compliance or a whole range of R&D careers they are open to having that conversation.
If you have at least two years Medical Device R&D experience and want to discuss more than a career move, but a talk about where your career is moving too, get in contact.
