As Ireland opens back up, I look forward to meeting my candidates face to face again.
It was back to the old Recruitment Model of just being a voice on the end of the phone for the last 14 months.
One of the main features that distinguished ISS Recruitment was we meet all our candidates in person before their Interviews / Presentations.
This allowed the candidate to practice there Interview first, get rid of any last-minute nerves and use me as a sounding board for any ideas they had.
While Online Interviewing is here to stay, certainly for first round and screening of talent, nothing compares to meeting a person to really see what they can offer to a business.
I look forward to getting back out on the road and meeting your guys in person; and the coffee is on me.
